Assassin. With this costume the audience will learn about how the assassin likes to go about his work. For example the darkness of the clothing will suggest that he wants to blend in and not want be noticed by the authorities while doing his work. 
Hacker. With this costume it will suggest to the audience that he does most of his work at home. The hood will suggest to the audience that he is paranoid as he feels the need to have his hood on as he does his work to hide himself although he is in his by himself.
Cop. This costume will suggest to audience that he is a professional and that he has been doing this job for a long time. For example the coat gives of a professional look and displays to the audience that he is intact a detective.
